ChargePoint designs, builds and supports the world’s largest and most available Electric Vehicle (EV) charging network, from vehicle charging stations to energy management software and a mobile app.
Whilst ChargePoint have the largest EV charging network globally, the majority of the charging stations are based in the US. Wishing to expand in the European market, ChargePoint needed someone who could scale a business and build a marketing function from ground up. Given that ChargePoint cover both home (B2C) and work (B2B) they were looking for someone who understood both channels and ideally had worked for a highly regarded B2B SaaS business.
360Leaders mapped the European market, looking for successful SaaS exits, along with any companies that have a combination of B2B/B2C focus. Whilst the research predominantly focused on software, IOT and hardware companies were also considered. After presenting a shortlist of 5 candidates ChargePoint went on to make the hire.

The placement will help ChargePoint convince people and businesses to shift away from fossil fuels and promote widespread EV adoption.
