About Neura

Neura is a leading Artificial Intelligence platform company that uses Artificial Intelligence to enable mobile apps and Internet of Things product companies to personalize and adapt to their customers’ preferences and needs by reaching them at precise, meaningful moments throughout their day. The result is increased engagement and growth, while reducing churn. The Neura AI platform utilizes its sophisticated hybrid AI engine, its mobile SDK, and a library of API calls to bring physical world intelligence into today’s most innovative apps and IoT products.

Founded in 2013, Neura is a privately held company backed by AXA Strategic Partners, Pitango Venture Capital, Liberty Israel Venture and Lenovo Group. The company is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California and has its R&D operations in Herzliya, Israel.

The Challenge

Neura needed an experienced sales leader to help refine its GTM proposition and devise an appropriate new business plan. Neura had been garnering a great deal of interest from large enterprises across multiple verticals but it required a commercial leader to work with these prospect companies to build business cases and establish appropriate pricing structures based on the potential realised value.

360Leaders Approach

360Leaders mapped the San Francisco and Bay Area’s top API/SDK vendors for Sales Leaders with an appetite and hunger to join an earlier stage business. It was essential they still had the drive and energy to build the business, whilst sharing the same values as Neura’s leadership team.

The Results

Neura appointed Brian Johnson as Vice President Global Revenue.

For over 20years Brian has built and led highly successful global sales organisations. For the past decade Brian has specialized in cloud based, platform as a service (PaaS) technologies for companies including Twilio, Nexmo, TokBox and Mblox.

Brian joined the growing team in San Francisco and will own the global revenue number.
