Martin is CEO and Co-founder of 360Leaders. He as has been involved in building boards and management teams for some of the fastest growing companies in tech from idea to exit, and advises PE/VC firms around hiring and leadership development. Martin started his career in Executive Search in the 1998 dotcom boom before entering the start-up world when everyone left in 2001, returning to the search industry in 2005.
Martin graduated with a Masters in International Marketing Management from the Norwegian School of Management.
When not in the office you’ll find him kite surfing in Brasil or at home with his two teenage daughters.

Ben has spent his entire career building innovative technology companies around the world. Having joined the Tech Industry in the late nineties Ben has always operated at the sharp edge of the market; building companies out to disrupt the status quo or advising more traditional businesses through essential Digital Transformation.
In 2002 Ben founded SpectrumEHCS, a boutique executive search firm specializing in emerging technologies. He built the business until an eventual exit in 2007, before joining 360Leaders, and later the Board of 360Leaders in 2012.
A self-confessed geek, today Ben works with a diverse range of game-changing companies across Consumer Services, SaaS, Fintech and Media. His clients range from large global corporations like Apple, to later stage growth companies such as Uber, to some of the most innovative early stage businesses on the planet, like Benevolent.AI.
A dedicated family man, his weekends are spent keeping fit, running around after his two sons. When he can get away with it you might find him working on his motorcycle or grass-track racing.

Co-Founder of 360Leaders, Jerry has spent 20 years delivering executive search assignments across the US, EMEA and South-East Asia.
His appreciation of the fundamentals that drive successful recruitment campaigns combined with an understanding of the behaviours of exceptional talent, has enabled him to deliver critical hires for some of the fastest growing companies in the global Tech sector.
Working closely with the founders, business leaders and investors of differentiated Enterprise SaaS, Marketplace, AI & ML, eCommerce and FinTech brands, Jerry has helped build world class Board and C-Suite teams whilst providing ongoing support through 360Leaders’ CEO Academy and Talent Development Programme.
In what seems like a different lifetime, Jerry co-founded a search firm in Sydney, Australia and secured a BSc Hons in Politics & Philosophy. Outside of work Jerry is the Father of two unruly children.

Joining the team at 360Leaders in 2016, Jody has a varied background from within the recruiting and outsourcing sector. Over the last 10 years he has worked across Business Development, Change Management, Business Process Mapping, Project Management and Operations roles in a number of leading organisations in these areas. Jody joins to reinforce 360Leaders position as a leader in the market and is helping the team to increase its presence and develop further opportunities to enhance the company’s offering.
Outside of work Jody has a young family hence his general lack of sleep, a passion for anything sport related and takes more than a passing interest in photography.
Nadine joined in late 2016 as the Executive Assistant to the Founders and Office Manager. Prior to this she was based in the city for 6 years in a similar role for Figtree Search, a boutique financial executive search firm specialising in Fixed Income, FX and Trade Finance. Previous administrative positions include Ronit Zilka, Emma Hope Shoes, PwC, Liberty of London and The Ross Group (MWA). When she isn’t revamping her home, she enjoys oil painting.
Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Gary has 12 years high quality experience and has partnered with some of the world’s most recognised technology brands across four continents. Gary’s recruitment background is expansive having supported equipment vendors, mobile operators and systems integrators to recruit board level executives, operational leaders, functional specialists, and subject matter experts.
He takes a rigorous approach in the pursuit of outstanding talent and the delivery of truly excellent service. Gary grew up in Belfast and completed a degree in marketing at Stirling University and he is also an enthusiastic serving officer with the Reserve Forces.
Jonathan has over 8 years experience in technology executive search across the globe and in a number of industries ranging from Enterprise SaaS, Robotics, AI, VR, Marketplace and Consumer Tech. With a focus on international growth, Jonathan has helped some of the leading brands in the technology sector to launch and grow operations across the world, particularly the US and Europe. Jonathan has a strong background in Sales, Marketing & Product; and has spent much of his career based in San Francisco where he has worked since 2015.
He studied Ancient History at the University of Birmingham and is passionate about all things technology and sport. Jonathan is an Advisor to The Refiners, a start-up accelerator for non-US entrepreneurs looking to grow their business in Silicon Valley.
Jonas is a Swedish national who has spent his entire career supporting high growth businesses and helping them expand on existing and new markets. Jonas has a very successful track record with work spanning from advising disruptive tech start-ups to supporting large corporates through their digital transformation. Jonas has an international background and experience from delivering on senior assignments in Europe, The Middle East, The Americas and The Asia-Pacific.
Jonas is currently heading up 360Leaders Nordic office out of Stockholm. He there works closely to some of the Nordics most prominent tech businesses helping them to grow both on local and international markets.

Jessa joined 360Leaders from the consumer tech industry, having established her career in the gaming sector. After graduating in Art and Design History, Jessa dedicated her career to brand development and strategy, appreciating how the world of design and marketing intertwine naturally.
When outside of the office, Jessa can be found cooking up a storm for friends, listening to TED talks, sketching or seeking sunshine.
Head of Marketing & Events
Rob is a passionate recruitment professional having spent nearly 4 years cutting his teeth with Gordon Yates before joining 360Leaders in the Summer of 2015. He has delivered a range of international assignments for both tech start-ups and corporates in the US, Asia & Europe. He has worked on assignments across a variety of business functions such as CEO, CMO, CFO, CTO, CPO, VP Sales, MD and Engineering searches and particularly enjoys building close relationships with both clients and candidates in his network to find the perfect match.
Outside of work, Rob can be found having a love/hate relationship with West Ham United or socialising with friends.
Daniel began life in recruitment 2 years ago, where he focused on hiring and engaging with middle to director level bid management and work-winning professionals. Through a continual desire to improve and challenge himself, a move to 360Leaders and into the world of Executive Search has ensued.
Previous to this, Daniel’s career had been in Media, where he spent 6 years in a variety of technical and research focused roles across both UK&I and EMEA, giving him a solid grasp of how to both engage with senior stakeholders and clearly and efficiently communicate at all levels.
Outside of work Daniel is a huge sports enthusiast having played a high standard of rugby for a many years, whilst also continuing his academic development in studying for a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
Emma has seven years’ experience working with high-growth, investor backed businesses, predominantly within consumer facing industries. With a passion for working with founders and investors, Emma’s skilled at building teams of exceptional quality that thrive in rapidly scaling, entrepreneurial organisations.
Emma’s excited by the growing tech scene in Berlin, having spent most of her formative years growing up in the city. She studied Business Management and Leadership at Exeter University and currently lives in Notting Hill. She loves running, travelling, history and good food!
Adrian has over 6 years’ experience in executive search, starting with a boutique search firm covering C-level opportunities in Management Consulting and Technology Services sectors, and then moving to a HR Consultancy where he hired leadership teams for a range of blue-chip Technology companies and led the account for a leading Formula One Team.
Today at 360Leaders, Adrian has a 360 degree remit, from candidate to client, to engage the best talent possible for the Tier 1 and PE/VC-backed hypergrowth Technology businesses he works with.
Adrian grew up in Belgium and moved to the UK to study Business Studies in Portsmouth. He then went on to complete a Master’s degree in Business Management at the European Business School of London, before starting his career in Banking, as a Financial Analyst, in Estonia. Adrian is a keen skier and cyclist and enjoys good food and travelling.
Ellie started her career in a boutique Search firm specialising in the Technology and FMCG space, where she cemented her passion for all things tech-related. She joined 360Leaders to help shape the disruptive world of technology start-ups and has several years’ experience working with clients ranging across Gaming, TV and Consumer Apps through to B2B SaaS Platforms.
Ellie holds a BA Hons in Accounting & Finance and outside work, she spends her time adding to her extensive shoe collection.
Toby joined 360Leaders in 2016 after graduating from the University of Manchester with a 2.1 in Politics.
One of his student projects involved a study on the use of Twitter by extremist organisations. He became intrigued by disruptive technologies and the potential of Big Data leading to further study.
Since joining 360Leaders he has enjoyed working with early stage innovators and been instrumental on a number of C-level searches.
In his spare time Toby enjoys staying active and recently cycled from his house in London to Istanbul.
Anya joined 360Leaders in 2017 as an Associate, and has a background in both professional and academic research. She is driven by an excitement for game-changing innovation, and a belief in the role of top-talent in achieving this.
In her time with 360Leaders she has worked on a range of international searches with both early-stage disruptors and established players.
She holds a BSc in Politics and International Relations, and ties to both the US and Sweden. In her free time she can be found climbing sea cliffs, exploring landscapes, and attempting new languages.
Leo joined 360Leaders as an Associate, having graduated from the University of Cambridge in the summer of 2017, where he studied Classics. A lifelong appreciation for gadgets, games and gizmos has led Leo to pursue a career in technology, where he now relishes the opportunity to support tech start-ups with their senior hires, setting them on the path to hypergrowth. Leo is particularly fond of software for the SMB world, the possibilities presented by VR and AI technologies, and consumer electronics.
Outside of work, Leo is an extremely competitive golfer, appreciator of electronic music and an ever-hopeful Tottenham Hotspur supporter.
Nikki is at the cutting edge of development thinking in organisational and personal effectiveness. She brings an exceptional track record in a range of disciplines from sales, customer services, trade marketing, organisational learning and development, talent management and HR leadership. Having worked in Companies including MARS, Dell, Business Objects and SAP she has built a reputation for instilling a sense of urgency into situations and producing systemic changes in that directly strengthen performance.
Having coached senior leaders for over 12 years, from many backgrounds, cultures and experiences, her coaching style adapts to the needs of each client, but is always rooted in the pragmatic. Her direct yet supportive style challenges the status quo and raises awareness through powerful questioning, enabling individuals to be their best selves.
She has worked with small, medium and large enterprise customers with Leaders driving Global functions, CEO’s and their leadership teams and regional MD’s in companies including Qliktech, Opera Software, Adobe, Microstrategy and VimpelCom.
Nikki is also an adventurer, with a philosophy for living a life without limits, she is a black belt in shinrai Karate, completed a relay channel swim in 2012, and is now training in road biking and running for her first triathlon in June 2013. Carl is an experienced coach and adviser with more than 20 years in communications and business development coaching. His distinctive approach is transformational and ensures that decision makers and key communicators consistently achieve the best possible results in all critical communications.
He delivers his work combining ancient wisdom of the Greek and Roman oratory tradition with modern science and research based analysis, enabling business leaders to improve their persuasive powers and influence people in a way that drives the right decisions and behaviours. Carl has extensive experience coaching and advising board level decision makers across a wide selection of industries ranging from TMT through banking to high value manufacturing. Recent and current clients include high profile corporations, start-ups, entrepreneurs and professional services organisations. Carl holds a Master’s degree in English & Drama, Royal Holloway (University of London). A married man with two grown up sons, he lives in East Sheen, SW London. He is a trained chef with a diploma in wine tasting and a fluent speaker of both Swedish and French.
Victoria delivers Executive Coaching and Assessment Services for 360Leaders with a background in investment banking and recruitment. She spent 10 years in Investment Banking before becoming a Search Consultant and spent 15 years in Executive Search with a particular focus on Fixed Income and was the founding partner of Figtree Search. Victoria retrained as a coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC) and is trained to use Hogan Psychometrics. Her coaching practice is greatly influenced by Nancy Kline Thinking Partnership work as well as Gestalt Coaching. She speaks Spanish and French and enjoys working with clients from different cultures.
Victoria draws on her previous experience to work with her clients and is motivated by her ability to support senior managers to maximize their leadership skills and manage themselves in a gradually more difficult environment. Victoria supports managers to develop their leadership qualities and define their goals and find clarity Focus and Direction for themselves and their team and to put a spark back in their business. She look at core strengths and innate skills with the help of Hogan Psychometrics identifying derailers at particularly times of stress.
Her coaching style is both direct and collaborative and she works with clients to enable them to gain insight into how they manage themselves, their bosses, colleagues and clients. She is goal focused and performance driven.
Mike has been Leading, Coaching, Mentoring and Supporting Business Leaders and Senior managers for over 20 years. Having acquired, grown, led, rationalized and turned around a number of small and large businesses & divisions, as SD, MD and latterly as HR & PD Director (for a FTSE 100 technology services company), Mike has always focused on developing the single most important asset within each organization – THE PEOPLE.
Mike has delivered high impact, long-term coaching support and strategic, growth focused, facilitation and consultancy projects for a range of small, medium and large technology focused clients.
Typically working with the C suite, talented ‘high potential’ or those identified as benefitting from coaching support, Mike’s previous business experience proves invaluable to his clients. He provides a critical ear, supportive but challenging engagement, and a business understanding and a level of acumen that most executive coaches and consultants, simply don’t possess.

Anthony assists Leaders across Europe by providing enlightened and creative coaching support and advice. In addition to coaching services, he provides Leadership education, training and strategy consulting services to independent businesses in the “scale up” phase, to large corporations engaged in significant change and to government.
