Catherine McLaughlin Bhagwat

Catherine McLaughlin Bhagwat joined 360Leaders in 2021. She brings a decade of experience in organisational strategy and has supported high-growth tech companies in-house and as a consultant.

Prior to joining 360Leaders, Catherine was a People Strategy Manager at Deliveroo, where she oversaw employee engagement and led operating model transformation initiatives pre- and post-IPO. Catherine began her career as a strategy consultant with Monitor Deloitte, where she worked with a wide range of companies and partnered with Deloitte’s Chief Innovation Officer to build offerings around emerging technologies, such as blockchain and IoT.

Catherine holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Entrepreneurship & Social Enterprise from Wake Forest University. She was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship in 2012 to teach English at Amasya University in Turkey.
