Before moving into Executive Search, Sofya Liudchyk worked as a project manager and market research analyst for event management and media companies, where she developed C-level relationships with market leaders across the globe, including at tech unicorns, drones & robotics providers, SaaS and other technology companies.
As a Project Manager, she led speaker management and conference scheduling management for large-scale business conferences – covering the energy, technology and insurtech sectors – and developing a deep understanding of industry trends.
Sofya holds BSc Business Management and MSc Business Analytics degrees from the University of Surrey.
