The search

Origami partnered with 360Leaders to evolve and scale their company. They were looking for a COO to implement rigorous processes across systems to drive growth and scalability.
Ahead of schedule, 360Leaders mapped the market and hired a candidate in just over half the projected time. With deep operational leadership expertise, the candidate brings over 20 years of experience to Origami, having spent time at the likes of Google, where she led strategic initiatives across EMEA.

The hire

Peter Simmonds, former SVP of Operations at Marin Software, joined July 2019. Peter had been responsible for scaling global operations in his previous role. This included managing, building and restructuring processes across multiple organisations; including HR, finance, product and technical, among others.

At Origami, Peter will play an integral role by building teams across key business functions while optimising process in finance, legal, HR, commercial , technology and operations while driving revenue growth.
