Victoria Macpherson

Victoria helps today’s business leaders better understand their own behaviours and the impact they have on those around them. With a particular interest in resilience and the management of stress, she enables leaders to make better decisions maximizing the effectiveness of their teams.

She works with leaders within Financial institutions (Barclays, Morgan Stanley and HG Capital )technology businesses ( SAP, Shionogi, Toyota Connected)as well as businesses in the entrepreneurial and scale-up arena ( Draper Esprit, Build ID and New Entrepreneur Foundation)

Victoria started her career in Investment Banking before moving into headhunting ultimately Co-Founding FigTree Search before becoming fascinated by human motivations and retraining as an executive coach 7 years ago. She is an accredited Hogan Psychometric Practioner, Gestalt Coach and recently trained as a HeartMath Coach. She has experience working across Europe and Asia and speaks English, French and Spanish. Victoria is accredited by the ICF and EMCC.
