Verdane, a Northern European specialist growth investor, has appointed Henrik Berg as CTO to support key growth initiatives. Verdane is a growth equity investment firm that partners with ambitious Northern European tech-enabled businesses to help them reach the next stage of their international growth.
Henrik joins Verdane from Quinyx, where he spent seven years as a CTO and Senior Solutions Architect in a capacity as VP of Technical Business Development. During his tenure, Quinyx grew by 30% per year, scaling from 30 to 200 employees. As CTO, he moved from co-located hosting to Amazon AWS, reformed the agile methods and scaled the technology team x4.
At Verdane, he will scale portfolio companies technology departments, helping companies to deliver innovative technology and support their business goals. Henrik commented on his placement, saying:
