Confirmit, hires Kyle Ferguson as its CEO

Confirmit, the world’s leading SaaS vendor for multichannel Voice of the Customer, Employee Feedback, and Market Research applications, has named Kyle Ferguson as its CEO.

With more than 20 years’ experience in technology, banking, and payments, Kyle has an extensive background in technology. Previous to his appointment, Kyle was the CEO of Fraedom, a financial technology company acquired by Visa in 2018. He additionally served as chief commercial officer and managing director at the company and has 11 years experience with American Express.
