Alex Farmer, a US-national based in London, came from the role as VP of Customer Success at Incopro where he was responsible for customer success, customer experience, partnerships, support, training, and onboarding. Prior to Incopro, Alex was at Fairsail and was instrumental in the success leading up to the exit to Sage where he ended up leading customer success for Sage People globally as a member of the Sage People executive team and global Services leadership team.
Alex accepted the offer during the COVID-19 lockdown and is planning on moving to Oslo (Norway), with his wife later in the year. Until then, he is working from home in the UK. Alex has already been working with the board and management team on customer success and the overall SaaS strategy.
