As Boxever continued to grow, they engaged 360Leaders to appoint a CRO to lead the go-to-market strategy. Boxever needed someone who had been on a scale-up journey to grow the sales and marketing functions. A hands-on demand generation expert who is comfortable closing deals.
Jon William’s experience in the MarTech space spans more than two decades, much of it at Aprimo, the leading provider of technology solutions for content, operations and performance. There, he held several positions, most recently running its non-US operations, helping major brands such as Lloyd’s Bank, Qantas and ASOS achieve measurable growth through more engaging customer experience. Prior to Aprimo, Jon worked at Teradata, where he was responsible for the marketing Applications division in the UK and Ireland.
Jon Williams joined Boxever in 2019. In just over a year, he helped grow the team, engage new businesses and close deals, while leading sales and marketing functions.

His specialism covers eCommerce & Retail SaaS with Management experience in sales, account management, product management, product marketing, business development and online marketing.

With the business targeting an exit event in the next 12-24 months, Kaseya was looking to appoint a commercially orientated GM EMEA who could take responsibility for driving new client acquisition, enhancing the account management function and scale up the team across the EMEA region.
The successful candidate, Ronan Kirby, has a track record in supporting US software businesses in scaling across Europe. Most notably, he supported the growth journey of NGINX over a 3 and a half year period, building a team from 0 to just shy of 100 people and successfully supported the business through to exit into F5 Networks.
Within a year of joining Ronan was able to support Kaseya’s growth journey by bringing together a single efficient and scalable sales organisation for all BUs to match the companies 35% year on year revenue growth. Ronan is now President and GM EMEA.
