David Enright was a Founding Directors at 1st Stop Finance, a leading car finance brand. He spent over 20 years scaling brands in the Automotive space and is considered as a thought leader across the category.

The original brief was to find someone suitable to build out Fluidly’s credit-based value proposition. However, a further need was realised for someone with broader experience at the cap table, with the Founder and CEO. Alongside the Board, 360leaders helped consult to refine the search.
The decision to appoint a Chief Commercial Officer resulted in John Sheekey’s hire. John is a serial entrepreneur who had been through multiple exit journeys in his career with experience at market-leading brands such as Moneysupermarket.com, Nectar ( exit to Aimia ), DataLogix ( exit to Oracle ) & Liberis where he served as COO & GM UK.
Within nine months, John made the transition from Chief Commercial Officer to Chief Operating Officer to allow the CEO & Founder to focus on the wider strategy of the brand and product.
John is integral in leading the day to day operations of the wider organisation, whilst ensuring the continuous development of people, playbook and infrastructure as the company scales.

As a hyper-growth company, Trustly has raised $30 million investment and scaled from 60-120+ employees in less than a year, while expanding from 8 to 29 European countries. To sustain this level of hypergrowth, Trustly identified 4 key hires that would help them to establish a stable leadership. This included, a UK GM/ Director of Travel, Head of Gaming, Head of Accounts and Head of Digital.
