Bitpanda were looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer to be responsible for driving a differentiating people approach that will not only attract, but also engage, global top talent. The main aspects of the role are to ensure Bitpanda’s people approach is industry-leading and up-to-date with evolving working trends – from changing ways of working and digital HR, to people analytics, reward, and diversity and inclusion. The CRHO will also act as a business partner to the Founders and executive team in company-wide strategy and operations; as well as a culture influencer, helping evolve the culture in their growth journey whilst maintaining Bitpanda’s core ‘DNA’. Finally, they will need to optimise all people-centred activities for extensive growth: including people operations, recruitment, reward, development and performance management.
Lindsay Ross brings extensive experience creating end-to-end people strategies in high-growth, global organizations – from startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises (including MessageBird and Adyen). She is known for building trusted relationships internally and externally across all levels and regions to deliver results, supporting organisational transformation and sustainable business outcomes. She has also helped build purpose-led organizational cultures and high-performing, diverse teams through active coaching and building business capabilities.
