CloudNC began life inside Entrepreneur first. The company had raised approximately 12 million pounds and employed 20 million people in London. They were applying AI to the automation of machine tool programming with the ultimate goal of becoming the world’s largest manufacturer. In order to realise that vision, they required a CCO to define and execute the commercial strategy.
Rami Saab joined as CCO, having previously spent 5 years as Regional Managing Director at Fetchr in Dubai. There he spent 5 years scaling up Fetchr, which had grown roughly to over 1000 people. Prior to that, Saab had exposure to heavy industry with Schlumberger.

Tibber was looking for a General Manager to launch the new market and drive new business revenues across Germany. 360Leaders were instrumental in supporting the client with the search strategy and defining the essential skills for the role. The requirements for GM background shifted from performance marketing to business development including – building and managing a local team, launching the brand in Germany and increasing users of the app on a monthly basis.
In line with the brief, within 12 weeks, we have placed a candidate who demonstrated the successful delivery of launching and scaling businesses. The successful candidate, Marion Nöldgen, was a CEO at Videobeat, part of the founding team at Move24 and one of first 10 employees at Quandoo. She grew sales team at Move24 from 3 to 100 and at Quandoo she built and led sales teams across multiple regions including Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Since Marion has joined, Tibber has continued to grow. Tibber has been offering the electricity tariff in Germany since May and obtained around 55 million euros in funding for the German market.
